When in a quiet, expanded, healing space, I can clear my energy field enough to receive divine teachings from beautiful, loving, high-level guides. This has been one of the gifts of Reiki healing in my lifetime.

When I am guided to translate these images, words and diagrams into legible teachings for you, I will do so here. These divine teachings answer my hearts observations and questions about energy, frequency, light, space, healing, our connection to the natural world and to each other; as well as to our own, and others, suffering.

I will also share more teaching on Reiki related topics as well as ideas for further personal practice
